At REP Fitness, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your strength training setup. If your equipment isn't the right fit for your home or commercial gym, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the specific gym equipment you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Equipment
Disassemble your gear and secure it in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit; ensure all bolts, nuts, and accessories are included.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our system, attach it clearly to the outside of the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
